The billing, receivables and collections function has obviously become far more difficult in recent years. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves workshop. The program will be presented in steps beginning of course with the proper documentation, coding and billing. Additional sessions will cover the management and reporting of the various functions, as well as sessions on Compliance in today's risky government audited environment. Dealing with managed care companies will also be a major emphasis, along with when to literally turn your insurer over to a specialized collections agency. No prerequisite or advanced preparation necessary.
